By completing the repair form that begins on this page you will start the process to send a unit to us for repair. The information you provide will be entered into our database and you will be provided with a repair # beginning with URW. Detailed packing instructions and a shipping label will be available for printing after completing the form. When we receive your unit you will be able to check the status on the Repair Status page by using the phone number you provided. If the repair is out of warranty we will call you for payment information when the repair is completed. The unit will then be shipped back to you with tracking information available on the Repair Status page.

*****If your unit is 7 years old or older please contact us at 800-634-8606 to determine if it can be repaired. Older units may no longer have parts available, it may be un economical to repair the unit or reliability cannot be guaranteed.*****
